Job summary

Dollar Shave Club is seeking a DI Coordinator to provide floor leadership and instructions to Warehouse Associates, assigning them to areas to ensure smooth daily direct-to-consumer order flow in the sortation process. You will ensure safety and efficiency, and train new hires for primary roles.

You will schedule routine tasks, guide the team, and maintain compliance with safety policies while supporting other teams during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience and proficiency in using computers.
• 1+ years of developing leadership skills with strong potential for continued growth.
• Proven track record of following detailed verbal and written instructions while effectively multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with teams across multiple departments and disciplines.
• Skilled in working effectively with a diverse workforce.
• Ability to stand / walk for the duration of a 10 hour shift.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Role Summary

As the DI Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing floor leadership and instructions to the Warehouse Associates within your work area. You will assign associates to the area(s) / job(s) to ensure smooth workflow for daily direct-to-consumer customer orders in the sortation process. As a Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the DI operation functions safely and efficiently. Coordinators are responsible for providing new hires with proper and effective training for their primary job roles.

Position Type

This is a full-time hourly position.

Schedule

Sunday through Wednesday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm

Schedule may vary due to business needs - flexibility is expected

Pay

$16.50 per hour or 50 cent increase for internal candidates
