Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PharmD) or Bachelor's degree (BS) in Pharmacy
- Active Pharmacist license in Maryland (or ability to obtain)
- Immunization certification through an accredited organization (APhA preferred)
- Retail pharmacy experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient counseling abilities
- Leadership skills with experience supervising pharmacy technicians
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Inventory management expertise
- Problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
