Based in Boothwyn, PA, this position is structured as a 13-week contract to hire and demands a pharmacist who is licensed in Pennsylvania and ready to take on a varied schedule that supports both weekday and alternating weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescriptions accurately while providing exceptional patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory guidelines and pharmacy policies.
• Manage inventory and control costs effectively to optimize pharmacy operations.
• Lead immunization programs, including COVID-19, influenza, and other recommended vaccines, enhancing community health outreach.
• Provide leadership and development support for the pharmacy team.
• Conduct quality assurance activities, implementing improvements to reduce errors and improve patient service quality.
• Handle data management and reporting tasks to ensure accurate and timely pharmacy records.
• Actively gather and respond to patient feedback to foster continuous improvement in service delivery.

Schedule:

• Week 1: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM 6:00 PM
• Week 2: Monday to Wednesday and Friday, 9:30 AM 6:00 PM; Thursday and Saturday 10:00 AM 2:00 PM
• This role requires working every other Saturday, alternating with a part-time pharmacist, with a shortened Thursday shift during those weeks.
