Job summary

Jackson Healthcare is seeking a National Education Recruiter to build candidate pipelines and place education professionals with K–12 schools nationwide.

You will partner with sales and credentialing teams to deliver exceptional experiences for candidates and clients, while maintaining CRM/ATS data and staying engaged with professionals on assignment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, sales, or relationship-management experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships over phone, text, and email.
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with drive to succeed in a performance-driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning and using CRM/ATS platforms and technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment and placement process from sourcing to offers and placements.
• Build and maintain relationships with education professionals as a trusted advisor.
• Develop and manage a pipeline through calls, texts, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Partner with sales and credentialing teams to deliver great candidate/client experiences.
• Maintain accurate candidate information within CRM/ATS and stay engaged with professionals on assignments.
