Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services in Cayey, PR seeks an Electronic Automation PLC Technician for a direct hire in a manufacturing setting. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve automated systems including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and control panels to support reliable production operations.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with electronic automation equipment and systems.
Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

Install, test, maintain, and troubleshoot electronic equipment and automated systems, including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and control panels.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, electronic, and automation systems to support production uptime.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and control system documentation.
Program, modify, and debug PLCs and other automation controls to improve equipment performance and reliability.
Support equipment upgrades, system modifications, new installations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation while following safety standards and procedures.
