Clarest Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to enter new and refill medication orders, track delivery status, and provide courteous support to customers by phone and chat. You will work with the pharmacy software to process orders accurately and efficiently, supporting timely fulfillment for healthcare facilities.

The role requires an active Arizona State Board license as a Pharmacy Technician, and while PTCB certification is preferred, it is not required.

Qualifications

• Active AZ State Board license for Pharmacy Technician in good standing.
• PTCB Certification is preferred but not required.
• 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician focused on Order Entry.

Responsibilities

• Enter new and refill medication orders into the pharmacy software system with accuracy and efficiency
• Track delivery status of medications
• Provide superior customer service while consulting telephonically with customers regarding medication orders
• Collaborate with team members to achieve mutual success, ensure timely delivery of medications, and exceed customer expectations
• Monitor reports to identify medication orders requiring attention and resolve the identified concern
• Ensure Order Entry is meeting its commitments for pharmacy run times and exceeding expectations of our customers / colleagues
• Must be able to sit for extended periods while performing job duties

Salary

$18 - $24 per hour, depending on experience

Training

Paid Training Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

Schedule

Opportunity to work two days remotely a once performance standards are consistently obtained

• Monday to Friday and every other weekend 10:00am-6:30pm MST

Key Responsibilities

• The ability to adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer
• Enter new and refill medication orders into the pharmacy software system with accuracy and efficiency
• Track delivery status of medications
• Provide superior customer service while consulting telephonically with customers regarding medication orders
• Collaborate with team members to achieve mutual success, ensure timely delivery of medications, and exceed customer expectations
• Monitor reports to identify medication orders requiring attention and resolve the identified concern
• Ensure Order Entry is meeting its commitments for pharmacy run times and exceeding expectations of our customers / colleague's performing fulfillment
• Must be able to sit for extended periods while performing job duties
• Any and other responsibilities as assigned by the manager to support these and other responsibilities in the department

Qualifications

• Active License by the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician (Must be in good standing)
• PTCB Certification is preferred but not required (Must be in good standing)
• 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician focused on Order Entry
