Job summary

A growing manufacturing company in Chatsworth, CA is hiring multiple Line Mechanics to support high-speed production and packaging operations. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic with a strong background in food, beverage, alcohol, personal care, cosmetics, or similar consumer packaged goods manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

5+ years of maintenance mechanic experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in food, beverage, alcohol, personal care, cosmetics, or similar production environments.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, automation systems, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
Experience performing preventive maintenance, repairs, rebuilds, and line changeovers.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment to minimize downtime.
Perform preventive maintenance, scheduled maintenance, rebuilds, and mechanical repairs.
Complete line setups, equipment changeovers, and adjustments for production runs.
Support high-speed manufacturing operations while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Follow GMP, Lockout/Tagout, and workplace safety procedures.
Partner with production teams to identify equipment issues and improve line performance.
