Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for direct hire at Bear Creek, WI. The role focuses on maintaining inventory records and ensuring accuracy across warehouses, supporting counts, variances, and lot traceability.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong detail orientation, and experience with Excel and ERP systems. Monday–Friday shifts with 2nd/3rd shifts; wage at $20/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; anAssociate degree or relevant coursework is preferred.
• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP/inventory systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inventory cycle counts across Bear Creek facilities and warehouses.
• Investigate, document, and resolve inventory variances including lot codes and usage accuracy.
• Prepare and submit inventory variance and reconciliation reports timely.
• Review receiving, delivery, and production docs for accuracy and lot traceability.
• Enter and maintain inventory data in ERP with status updates.
• Support inventory audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production leads on inventory transactions and training.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed for counts.
• Handle additional inventory or operational tasks as assigned by management.

Summary

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring inventory integrity across all warehouses and production locations. This role plays a critical part in supporting operations by performing inventory counts, investigating variances, validating lot codes, and coordinating closely with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory flow and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular inventory cycle counts across all Bear Creek production facilities and warehouses
• Investigate, document, and resolve inventory variances, including verification of quantities, lot codes, and usage accuracy
• Prepare and submit inventory variance and reconciliation reports in a timely manner
• Review receiving, delivery, and production documentation for accuracy, including item quantities and lot traceability
• Enter and maintain accurate inventory data in the company’s ERP, including status changes
• Support inventory audits and support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control
• Collaborate with production leads/supervisors on inventory transactions and trainings
• Operate warehouse equipment (such as forklifts) as needed to support inventory counts and verification activities
• Perform additional inventory or operational tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in supply chain, logistics, or business preferred
• Prior experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and follow through on resolution
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP or inventory systems preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified may be required
