Responsibilities

• Full-cycle sourcing, screening, and hiring of qualified commercial drivers.
• Talent Sourcing using specialized transportation job boards, social media, cold calling, referrals.
• Screening & Vetting: phone interviews and pre-screen applicants to evaluate experience and driving records.
• Compliance Review: ensure adherence to DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Onboarding Coordination: background checks, drug screenings, and road tests.
• Applicant Tracking: maintain ATS and compliance documents.
• Retention Strategies: work with fleet managers to improve driver quality and retention.
