Responsibilities

• Originate and manage a pipeline of consumer loan applications by phone and online.
• Interview members, review documents, and present information to underwriters.
• Cross-sell Navigator Credit Union products to meet member needs.
• Ensure accurate data input and timely member communications.
• Identify members’ financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
