Responsibilities

• Assist members with full mortgage applications in person, by phone, or online.
• Develop and maintain referral relationships with members, realtors, builders and others in real estate.
• Coordinate with mortgage staff to analyze and resolve issues; obtain outstanding documentation after closing as needed.
• Articulate underwriting decisions clearly to borrowers and realtors.
• Lock loan terms with secondary market investors and meet rate-lock deadlines.
• Understand and explain all mortgage products and regulatory disclosures.
