Job summary

PFCU is seeking a Consumer Loan Originator to make outbound calls to members regarding sales opportunities and to promote loan products. The role includes analyzing credit data, processing applications, and supporting cross-selling across channels to enhance member relationships.

Under Lending leadership, you will adhere to service standards, participate in ongoing training, and provide regular reports on efforts and results while staying confidential and compliant.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum two years in a related role or equivalent sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Make contact with members to support sales campaigns, deepen relationships and cross-sell PFCU products.
• Promote loan products by outbound calls and analyze member financial data.
• Process incoming applications for new accounts, loans, and other products.
• Coordinate between loan origination and closing, and maintain timely processing.
