Qualifications

• Active life insurance license required; ability to obtain non‑resident licenses.
• Approximately 2–5 years of experience in insurance, annuities, financial services, or related field.
• Experience interacting with consumers via telephone, email, or digital channels.
• Ability to explain annuity concepts clearly to consumers.
• Consultative selling approach with strong follow‑up and relationship development.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects, applications, and ongoing activities.
• Proficiency with CRM, annuity illustration tools, and E‑application platforms.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound consumer inquiries and leads across channels.
• Engage in consultative conversations to understand goals and suitable annuity solutions.
• Explain fixed and fixed indexed annuity products and contract features.
• Prepare and review product illustrations with prospective customers.
• Guide consumers through purchasing steps and applicable processes.
• Maintain a responsive, educational consumer experience; follow up to progress opportunities.
• Manage pipeline and coordinate with Operations, Licensing, Compliance, and other partners.
• Support policyholder relationships and ongoing digital consumer experiences.
• Document interactions and maintain CRM records; ensure timely completions.
