Vserv Infosystems Private Limited, Denver-based, is seeking an Internal Sales Specialist to drive sales of fixed and fixed indexed annuities by developing new agent leads and cultivating existing distribution channels.

The role focuses on proactive outbound calling, activity logging in Salesforce, and collaborating with internal teams to execute the territory plan and provide expert product support to agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Team-oriented with adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with Agents to grow annuity business in assigned region.
• Conduct proactive outbound calls to new and existing producers and handle inbound inquiries.
• Create and update illustrations for Agents and staff.
• Document proactive activity in the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Contribute to territory business plan development and execution.
• Serve as subject matter expert on annuity solutions.
• Collaborate with home office departments and internal teams to service relationships.
• Identify training and development needs and report concerns.
