Role: Salesforce Technical Architect (CTA Certification mandatory)

Location: Remote

Type of position: Contract to hire post 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Design and Strategy:
   • Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture that aligns with business needs and long-term goals.
   • Develop enterprise-level solutions and provide technical governance across Salesforce projects.
2. Technical Leadership:
   • Lead technical teams in the delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices and standards are adhered to.
   • Provide technical guidance to developers and other team members.
3. Solution Development:
   • Define and document the technical design for Salesforce solutions, including data models, security models, and system integrations.
   • Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
4. Integration and Data Management:
   • Design and oversee integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and other tools.
   • Ensure data migration processes are secure, accurate, and efficient.
5. Performance Optimization:
   • Monitor and optimize Salesforce performance, ensuring systems run efficiently at scale.
   • Identify and mitigate potential risks in the technical architecture.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration:
   • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
   • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless alignment between business and technical objectives.
   • Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
   • Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance system functionality and user experience.
7. Compliance and Documentation:
   • Ensure compliance with security standards, governance policies, and regulatory requirements.
   • Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and development standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years in an architect role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
• Expertise in Salesforce integration using REST, SOAP APIs, middleware, and data migration tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, and DevOps practices.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
