Job summary

Choices in Community Living seeks compassionate direct care staff to support individuals with developmental disabilities in group homes in Dayton, OH. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required (less than 4 points).
• Capable of handling high-stress environments and physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care in group home settings.
• Assist with housekeeping, meal planning, and meal preparation.
• Administer medications as directed and monitor residents' needs.
• Support residents with outings, transportation, bathing and toileting.
• Ensure safety and well-being of individuals with developmental disabilities.
