Job summary

Choices in Community Living, Inc. is seeking caring direct care professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities in group homes. You will help with daily living tasks, meals, and personal care, and assist with outings and transportation.

Applicants should be able to pass a physical and drug screen and background check; a valid driver's license is required. Sign-on bonuses are offered for certified individuals and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License (Less than 6 points) is required.
• Ability to pass a physical & drug screen and a Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care in group homes for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with housekeeping, meal planning/cooking, and daily living tasks.
• Administer and pass medications as directed.
• Accompany residents on outings and transport as needed.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, and personal care.
• Support residents in building safe, healthy, meaningful lives in the community.
