This position emphasizes building real relationships, empowering participants to live independently, and collaborating with a supportive team to promote well-being and community integration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs with compassionate care.
• Help participants work toward developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Foster meaningful relationships and community participation for each participant.
