Dependable Nursing in Tucson, AZ is seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to support individuals in their homes. You will provide one-on-one care to help clients stay independent, with flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities across the Tucson area.

What You'll Do

As a Direct Care Worker, you'll provide one-on-one support to individuals in their homes and help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assist with activities of daily living

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance

• Help with meal preparation

• Perform light housekeeping

• Provide companionship and supervision

• Assist with mobility and transfers as appropriate

• Follow individualized care plans

• Document services accurately and timely

• Communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate team member

• Provide dependable, respectful, and compassionate care
