Job summary

Dependable Nurses, Inc. (DNI) is seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers to join our team across Maricopa County. Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before working with a client).
• Valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Reliable transportation to various client locations (non-driving agency).
• Previous experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Encourage independence and support individuals in reaching personal goals.
• Provide companionship and build meaningful relationships.
• Accurately document care provided and report any changes in condition.
• Follow all policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care.
