Qualifications

• Experience with employee scheduling, timekeeping, payroll, or workforce coordination.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and staffing challenges.
• Experience with ALTCS, DDD, or home care programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate DCW schedules, availability, client assignments, and staffing needs.
• Communicate schedule changes and program updates promptly.
• Build professional relationships with Direct Care Workers, clients, and partners.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, orientation, training, and competency requirements.
• Provide ongoing coaching and counseling to DCW staff.
• Maintain accurate caregiver schedules and review timesheets.
• Complete payroll data entry and ensure deadlines.
• Coordinate client services with clinical supervision and service authorizations.
• Maintain documentation and compliance records.
• Assist with billing and program operations data entry.
• Participate in on-call coverage outside regular business hours.
