CareSpot LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking dedicated Direct Care Workers to join our growing team. In this role you will provide direct care and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them develop life skills and achieve personal goals both at home and in the community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications in Article 9, Prevention & Support, CPR/First Aid.
• Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean 36-month motor vehicle record.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. (Form I-9 compliance).
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and care such as bathing, cleaning, feeding, medication administration, transportation.
• Assist with daily living activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation (e.g., progress notes, service logs).
• Support behavior management strategies.
• Administer medications as needed.
• Transport members to appointments and activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition.
• Implement individual goals and plans (BTP/ISP).
• Uphold member rights and confidentiality.
• Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Communicate effectively—verbally and in writing.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality care.

About the Role

As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide direct care services and additional supports individuals with developmental disabilities by providing exceptional care and supervision both at home and in the community. You will be helping our clients to develop life skills and achieve personal goals.

Key Responsibilities
