Job summary

Homestead of Knoxville is seeking full-time Direct Care Workers to support residents daily on all shifts. You will provide direct care, assist with daily living activities, meals and housekeeping, and follow directions from leadership.

Certification as a Medication Aide or completion of the 10-hr medication manager course is required upon hire; the position offers a competitive salary and a supportive, employee-friendly environment.

As a direct care worker that handles medications, you will be required to provide direct care to facility residents, primarily for their activities of daily living. In addition, you will assist with housekeeping and laundry duties, mealtime service, and all other duties assigned by the Executive Director. Certified Medication Aide or completion of the 10 hr medication manager course is required upon hire.
