Job summary

Homestead of Chariton Memory Care is seeking full-time and part-time Direct Care Workers to cover all shifts, 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am. Join a family-owned environment with competitive salaries and strong benefits.

You will assist residents with activities of daily living, support mealtime services, and help with housekeeping and laundry while contributing to an employee-friendly workplace focused on respect and purpose.

As a direct care worker that handles medications, you will be required to provide direct care to facility residents, primarily for their activities of daily living. In addition, you will assist with housekeeping and laundry duties, mealtime service, and all other duties assigned by the Executive Director.
