Job summary

Homestead of Chariton Memory Care in Chariton, IA is seeking full-time and part-time Direct Care Workers to support residents across all shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am).

As a DCW you will provide direct care, assist with activities of daily living, and help with housekeeping and mealtime service under the direction of the Executive Director. Our team offers competitive salaries and benefits, including medical, dental and vision coverage.

As a direct care worker that handles medications, you will be required to provide direct care to facility residents, primarily for their activities of daily living. In addition, you will assist with housekeeping and laundry duties, mealtime service, and all other duties assigned by the Executive Director.
