  • Must possess a current and valid motor vehicle driver’s license; MAP certification; CPR and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing habilitative, behavioral and recreational programs; perform program-related cooking and housekeeping duties; dispense medications as required by law.
  • Communicate with individuals served to promote growth, rights and community integration.
  • Support individuals in understanding and exercising rights to their fullest potential.
  • Report all abuse/neglect to supervisors and complete required paperwork.
  • May drive individuals to work, appointments and recreational outings.
  • Perform crisis intervention and maintain confidential records.
