Job summary

Flagstar DCWs are sought to provide daily living assistance and basic care in community group homes. You will support residents with hygiene, grooming, feeding, and accompany to appointments, while documenting daily activities.

Requires CPR/First Aid certification, state and federal employment eligibility, good communication, and reliable transport. We offer flexible shifts, weekly pay, 24-hour on-call support, insurance options, PTO, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid Certification from an In-Person Course.
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to Communicate Effectively

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care services regarding hygiene, grooming, feeding, supervision of daily activities and transporting to medical appointments/community events.
• Independently manage between 1 and 6 group home residents per shift.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• Daily reporting of resident activity.
