Job summary

Flagstar Nursing is seeking compassionate DCWs to support residents in Community Group Homes, assisting with daily living tasks and personal care, while reporting resident status to the House Manager. Earn $18-$20 per hour with flexible scheduling (days, evenings, nights, weekends), weekly pay with direct deposit, and employer-paid CPR/First Aid course.

Opportunities for PTO and referrals offered. Requirements include CPR/First Aid certification from in-person course, state/federal employment

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid Certification from an In-Person Course.
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to Communicate Effectively.
• Reliable Transportation to worksite location.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care services regarding hygiene, grooming, feeding, supervision of daily activities and transporting to medical appointments/community events.
• Independently manage between 1 and 6 group home residents per shift.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• Daily reporting of resident activity.
