Job summary

Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Worker to join our team. The role focuses on providing compassionate in-home support to elderly, disabled, and participants with intellectual disabilities, with a commitment to dignity and safety.

The position offers flexible schedules, part-time or full-time options, and training delivered via mobile app and Zoom. Earn up to $19 per hour with opportunities for cash or referral bonuses and recognition for going above and beyond.

Qualifications

• Care for Participants with dignity, patience, and respect.
• Assist with light housekeeping, errands, transportation.
• Provide personal care including meals, medications reminders.
• Offer companionship and social engagement.

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate must be able to care for our Participants and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect.
• Care for the Participant’s physical and emotional needs due to illness, injury, disability, etc.
• Provide light housekeeping, run errands, or provide transportation as needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with medications; provide personal assistance with daily living tasks.
