Job summary

Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Worker to join our team. We provide compassionate in-home care to elderly and disabled participants while upholding dignity and rights. You will deliver personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship with patience and respect.

Flexible schedules, mobile app onboarding, and options for part-time or full-time roles. Training is accessible via the mobile app, and earnings reach up to $19 per hour plus bonuses for outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Care for Participants with dignity, patience, compassion and respect.
• Provide light home assistance including housekeeping, errands, and transportation.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with medications reminders.
• Prepare meals and assist with general living needs; provide personal care services.
• Offer companionship and conversation to participants.
