Job summary

Team Select Home Care is seeking a Direct Care Worker (DCW) to provide non-medical personal care and support with activities of daily living in clients' homes. You will report to the Director of Operations/designee and follow the assigned plan.

The role requires compassion, basic reading/writing skills, and reliable communication. Wage range is $13.00–$16.00 per hour with benefits and ongoing training, serving clients in Indiana and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• High school graduation required.
• 18 years of age or per state regulation.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical personal care and assist with daily living activities.
• Assist with transfers and mobility devices as per state regulations.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and uphold client confidentiality.
• Document shifts accurately and report changes to the DOO/designee.
