Caring Friends Home Care is seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers to support seniors and adults in their own homes. You will provide one-on-one care, companionship, and practical assistance to help clients maintain independence and quality of life.

The position offers competitive pay at $16.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), PTO, and more. Flexible scheduling and weekend pay rates enhance work-life balance for dedicated caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and provide proof of residency (2 years).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open availability preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Run errands and grocery shop when needed.
• Provide transportation to appointments and community activities.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client activities and well-being.
