Caring Friends Home Care in Philadelphia is seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers to provide one-on-one support in clients' homes. You will assist with personal care, meal prep, mobility, and companionship to help clients maintain independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Proof of residency for 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Run errands and grocery shop when needed.
• Provide transportation to appointments and community activities.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Offer medication reminders.
