Caring Friends Home Care is seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers to provide one-on-one support to seniors and adults in the comfort of their own homes. You will help maintain independence and quality of life while building trusted relationships with clients.

We offer competitive pay at $16.00 per hour, direct deposit, higher weekend pay rates, flexible scheduling, medical/dental/401(k), PTO, holiday pay, referral bonuses, ongoing training, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Proof of residency (2 years).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open availability preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping.
• Run errands and grocery shop as needed.
• Provide transportation to appointments and activities.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client well-being.
