365 Health Services is looking to add new Direct Care Workers to join our Allentown team. The Direct Care Worker will assist residents in their homes with all daily living activities, including housekeeping, bathing, dressing, transportation, cooking, shopping, toileting, medication reminders, mobility, and continence care.

The ideal candidate has experience, compassion, and a solid understanding of patient home health care.

Responsibilities

• Support daily activities to ensure residents' safety and well-being, facilitate social interactions, therapeutic conversations, and maintain a secure environment. Provide prompts as needed, such as for toileting, eating, and hydration. Observe medical, physical, and mental responses of patients.
• Apply compliance knowledge by demonstrating understanding of all aspects of resident care and adhering to state resident rights.
