Qualifications

• Recent TB Test & Physical Exam within the past 12 months.
• Two valid professional references.
• Recent TB Test & Physical Exam (within the past 12 months) — QuantiFERON-TB Gold or equivalent
• Proof of Pennsylvania Residency for the past two years
• Two (2) Valid Professional References
• Clear Criminal Background Check
• Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently
• Neat appearance and practices good personal hygiene

Responsabilités

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide toileting and hygiene support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Support client mobility and safety.
• Offer medication reminders (non-clinical).
• Observe and report changes in condition to supervisor.

Connaissances

Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently

Formation

• Current CPR Certification
• Recent TB Test & Physical Exam (within the past 12 months) — QuantiFERON-TB Gold or equivalent
• Proof of Pennsylvania Residency for the past two (2) years
• Two (2) Valid Professional References
• Clear Criminal Background Check
• Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently
• Neat appearance and practices good personal hygiene
