Qualifications

• Completed Competency Exam or PA-compliant training program per Department of Health (DOH) standards.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Recent TB Test & Physical Exam (within the last 12 months).
• Proof of Pennsylvania Residency for the past two years.
• Two Valid Professional References.
• Clear Criminal Background Check.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
• Neat appearance and practices good personal hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide oral hygiene and toileting assistance.
• Prepare meals and provide feeding support.
• Conduct light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Assist with mobility and monitor safety.
• Remind clients of medication (non-clinical).
• Report changes in client condition to the supervisor.
