Qualifications

• Completed Competency Exam or PA-compliant training program per Department of Health standards.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Recent TB Test & Physical Exam within the past 12 months.
• Proof of Pennsylvania Residency for the past two years.
• Two Valid Professional References.
• Clear Criminal Background Check.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
• Neat appearance and practices good personal hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
• Provide meal preparation and feeding support.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Support mobility and safety in the home.
• Offer medication reminders (non-clinical).
• Observe and report changes in client condition.

Skills

• Two (2) Valid Professional References


• Clear Criminal Background Check


• Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently


• Neat appearance and practices good personal hygiene
