Job summary

Shifts are weekdays, 11 AM–7 PM; required duties include personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship in a safe home environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HHA, DCW, or PCA.
• Experience assisting clients with fall risk and limited mobility.
• Comfortable providing incontinence and personal care.
• Able to assist with mobility and daily activities.
• Willingness to pass a background check and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, hygiene.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Support with appointments and errands.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment.
• Communicate with family and care team.
• Follow care plan and complete tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Personal care: bathing, grooming, hygiene
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Sweeping, washing dishes, laundry, taking out trash
• Assistance with appointments and running errands
• Grocery shopping as needed
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment
• Communicating with the client’s family and care team
• Follow the care plan and complete assigned tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HHA, DCW, or PCA

• Patient, reliable, attentive, and compassionate

• Current TB test
