Job summary

All American Home Care LLC is seeking a Direct Caregiver to provide essential in-home support to clients needing help with daily living activities due to age, illness, or disability. You will promote safety, comfort, and independence in a compassionate, client-centered environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility support, meals, medication reminders where permitted, light housekeeping, and coordinating with family and healthcare professionals to ensure a safe living

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior caregiving experience (preferred but not required).
• Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) (if required by state regulations).
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.

• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, dishwashing, and tidying living areas.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical or emotional condition to appropriate personnel.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, or social activities if needed.
• Follow care plans and work closely with family members and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
