Responsibilities may include:

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support an individual living in Pompton Lakes, Passaic County, NJ.

This is a community-based position. The DSP will provide support in the individual’s home and assist with safe, structured participation in community activities.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, patient, professional, and comfortable working independently in a one-on-one setting.

Our approach to services is person-centered, meaning we focus on the individual’s preferences in what they would like out of services.

His guardian is looking for a DSP to provide some companionship for him. She would like someone who can spend time with him in the community, participate in activities with him, and give her a much-needed break. It would also be beneficial for him to have someone other than Mom to socialize with and build a relationship with

SCHEDULE:

Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday

10:00am - 6:00pm

Thursday & Friday

10:00am - 1:00pm

Qualifications
