Qualifications

• Valid Arizona Driver's License.
• Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint clearance card or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client.
• Monitor behavior and daily activities.
• Light housekeeping.
• Transportation to appointments.
• Accompany members on recreational activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life
• Implement individualized care plans/goals tailored to each client's needs and preferences
• Monitor behavior and daily activities
• Light housekeeping
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Accompany members on recreational activities

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level
• Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others
• Reliable Transportation
• Valid Arizona Driver's License
• At least 1 year Caregiver experience or similar
• An Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint clearance card or the ability to obtain one*
• CPR /First Aid Certification*
• Article 9*
• *If you do not already possess these trainings Sweetwater Care can assist in obtaining them

Pay:

$17.00 - $21.00/hour
