You will assist clients with daily living activities, offer companionship, and support their individualized care needs. Sweetwater Care values teamwork and dedication, providing a flexible schedule starting at $17.00 an hour, with positions available both full-time and part-time. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a compassionate demeanor, and at least one year of caregiver experience.

Qualifications

• Obtain an Arizona Fingerprint clearance card.
• CPR / First Aid Certification.
• Article 9.
• At least 1 year Caregiver experience.
• Valid Arizona Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Implement individualized care plans/goals tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
• Monitor behavior and daily activities.
• Light housekeeping.
• Transportation to appointments and errands.
• Accompany members on recreational activities.
