We are currently hiring full-time Direct Care Workers for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift for our homes in Genesee County. As a Direct Care Worker, you will engage in various activities that enhance the quality of life for those we support.

This position requires dedication, empathy, and a caring heart.

Must have a high school diploma, valid driver's license, reliable transportation and be able to pass a background test.

Position starts at $17.13/hr.

Duties may include, but not limited to:

• Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Upholding resident rights by fostering an environment of dignity, respect, and privacy.
