Lifesteps is hiring Direct Care Workers to support adults with disabilities in a residential home setting in Bellevue, PA. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, transport to doctor visits, meal prep, personal care, and medication administration. No experience is required and paid training is provided.

Shifts are available part-time with mornings 7 am to 3 pm. Benefits include substantial coverage for medical, dental and vision, paid time off, holidays and retirement plan

Direct Care Aides (Caregivers) assist special needs individuals with their activities of daily living and home care. The direct care aide provides assistance to adults with disabilities helping them with daily activities like dressing, meal preparation, bathing, and transport to doctor appointments.

Duties can include:

• Cooking and serving meals
• Cleaning the house
• Shopping for groceries and supplies
• Personal care assistance like grooming or bathing
• Medication administration
• Community Outings and fun activities

Lifesteps offers steady, part-time hours! Available Shifts are: Mornings 7 am to 3 pm

No experience necessary! Paid training provided!

Experienced home health aides, nurse's aides, support assistants, and direct support professionals welcome!
