Lifesteps is hiring a dedicated In Home Caregiver to join our caregiving team in Bellevue, PA. This full-time role supports adults with disabilities in a residential home setting, assisting with daily living activities and transportation to appointments.

No experience is required; paid training is provided. Available shifts include evenings from 1:30 pm to 9:30 pm, with part-time options and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and serve meals.
• Clean the house.
• Shop for groceries and supplies.
• Provide personal care assistance like grooming or bathing.
• Administer medications.
• Coordinate community outings and activities.

Direct Care Aides(Caregivers) assist special needs individuals with their activities of daily living and home care. The direct care aide provides assistance to adults with disabilities helping them with daily activities like dressing, meal preparation, bathing, and transport to doctor appointments.

Dutiescan include:
