As a Direct Care Team Manager, you are a leader who helps both people and teams succeed. You support direct care staff, coordinate day‑to‑day services, and help create safe, supportive environments where individuals can grow and move toward greater independence. • A steady, dependable presence who stays patient and calm during busy or challenging moments
• A reliable professional with a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, and dependable transportation
