• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD).
• Ability to supervise staff and also provide hands-on support.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

• Make sure each individual’s support plan is followed and updated
• Help manage daily home operations, schedules, medications, and appointments
