Job summary

The Consortium’s Home & Community Connections program in Holyoke, MA is seeking motivated individuals to provide assistance and personal care to people with developmental disabilities. Multiple openings include full-time, part-time, and relief positions.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED (preferred but not required). A minimum of one year of positive driving history is required, and MAP certification is desired and expected once hired.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• At least 1 year of positive driving record is required.
• Life/work experience with people with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• MAP certification is desired and expected after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and personal care for individuals with developmental disabilities.
