Covenant Case Management Services (CCMS) is seeking a Direct Care Support Professional to provide Community Living Support and Respite services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. The role focuses on compassionate, client-centered care in home and community settings.

You will engage directly with clients, prioritizing safety and well-being, and support participation in community activities while ensuring a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
• High school diploma or equivalent must be provided at first interview.
• Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.
• Experience supporting autistic individuals.
• CPR/FA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to clients during scheduled hours.
• Assist clients in participating in community activities.
• Ensure a safe environment for clients at home and in the community.
